• Check your spam/junk box.  Sometimes overzealous spam filters get in the way and deliver the email there instead of your inbox.
• If the email address you used at checkout is different from the email address you normally use, the book may be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.
• If you still don’t see it, reach out to us via the form on the Contact page and we can help you get your download link! 

All of our items are print on demand, which means each product is made just for you after you place an order. This process takes a little extra time, but it ensures we can offer high-quality, small-batch goods without waste.

• Merchandise (apparel, mugs, totes, etc.) Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
  
• Paperback books are printed and shipped with an average turnaround of 5–10 business days.
  
• Hardcover books generally take 7–12 business days for printing and processing.

Yes! Our goal is to make our books available in as many formats as possible including paperbacks, hardcover, audiobooks, etc. If your preferred format isn't available, it is likely in the works so stay tuned for announcements.

Most of our novels are written in historical or future settings where acts of violence can and do occur. We are in no way encouraging these acts or endorsing them. Course language can also be included in some books as appropriate for the characters and sexual scenes and situations also occur as an enhancement to the story, plot lines, or character relationships.

We make all efforts to label books that are intended for mature readers as we are parents ourselves and understand the desire to monitor available to children and that some readers may be sensitive to certain subjects.
